1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "agt99" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the agt99 online gaming platform operated at agt99.io and all associated services, games, and features made available thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the agt99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the agt99 platform, associated with a unique username, password, and player profile.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and applicable bonus credits held within your agt99 Account at any given time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1  These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and agt99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2.2  By clicking any registration button, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using the agt99 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.3  agt99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 3 Eligibility

Any winnings accrued during a period in which a player was found to be ineligible may be forfeited.

4 Account Registration

4.1  To access real-money games and betting markets on agt99, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

4.2  Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the agt99 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.3  You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration and throughout the lifetime of your account. You must promptly notify agt99 of any change to your registered details by contacting customer support. agt99 shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

4.4  Your login credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. agt99 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

4.5  agt99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1  Accepted Payment Methods. agt99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. agt99 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which agt99 accepts no responsibility.

5.3  Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts using supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. agt99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

5.4  Own-Name Transactions Only. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered exclusively in your own legal name. Transactions originating from or directed to third-party accounts will be declined, and any funds received via third-party payment methods may be confiscated pending investigation.

5.5  Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal may be processed, you must have completed the applicable KYC verification process. Where a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before any portion of your balance derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.

5.6  Anti-Money Laundering. agt99 is committed to preventing financial crime. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account restriction and reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.3  Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — as specified per promotion — before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering on live casino titles, sports betting markets, and certain high-RTP slot games may not contribute fully or at all toward wagering requirements; contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.

6.4  Maximum Bet Rule. While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is ৳500 (or currency equivalent) unless individual promotion terms specify a different limit. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.5  agt99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, agt99's decision shall be final and binding.

6.6  Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — whether individually or in coordination with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and their account suspended. This includes, but is not limited to, bonus arbitrage, coordinated wagering, and intentional low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.

7 Game Rules & Betting

7.1  Each game available on the agt99 platform is governed by its own individual Game Rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game Rules.

7.2  All game outcomes on agt99 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino titles, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by human dealers in professionally operated live studios. agt99 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3  In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the affected round will be treated in accordance with the game provider's technical fault policy. 8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agt99 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities;

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
